Bazen, kolayca g\u00f6zden ka\u00e7abilse de meselenin \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn son derece basit bir fikirdir: insanlara yard\u0131m etmek.<\/p>\n<p>Elbette \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131, gezegenin korunmas\u0131, g\u0131da ve su sistemlerinin iyile\u015ftirilmesi, e\u015fitli\u011fin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, uygun fiyatl\u0131 temiz enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f ve benzeri konulardaki bu iddial\u0131 hedefler, tek tek kendi i\u00e7inde pe\u015finin b\u0131rak\u0131lmamas\u0131 gereken hayati \u00f6nemdeki karma\u015f\u0131k hedeflerdir. Her birinin toplumumuz i\u00e7in \u00e7ok etki alan\u0131 geni\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Nitekim gezegenimiz de\u011filse bile toplumumuz, bu hedeflere ula\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131 durumunda hayatta kalma m\u00fccadelesi verecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu hedeflerin \u00e7o\u011funun temelinde, bazen b\u00fcy\u00fck fikirlerin g\u00f6lgesinde kaybolan \u00e7ok daha basit bir hedef vard\u0131r: insanlar\u0131n de\u011ferli, tatmin edici ve en \u00f6nemlisi de <em>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir<\/em> bir hayat ya\u015famalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak.<\/p>\n<p>BM\u2019nin SDG 8, 9 ve 12 hedeflerinin kalbindeki fikir budur:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SDG 8<\/strong> herkes i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi, tam ve \u00fcretken istihdam\u0131 ve insana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 te\u015fvik etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SDG 9<\/strong>, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek ve finansal hizmetlere eri\u015fimi iyile\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla altyap\u0131lar\u0131 geli\u015ftirme, Bilgi ve \u0130leti\u015fim Teknolojilerine eri\u015fimi art\u0131rma gibi konulardaki alt hedefler beraberinde dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir end\u00fcstriyelle\u015fmeyi te\u015fvik etmeyi ve inovasyonu h\u0131zland\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SDG 12<\/strong>, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir t\u00fcketim ve \u00fcretim modelleri sunmakla ilgilidir. G\u0131da at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131ya indirilmesi, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik bilincinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015f yaratan ve yerel k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc destekleyen s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir turizmin desteklemesi ile ilgili alt hedefleri i\u00e7erir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ancak \u00f6zellikle 2020-2021 y\u0131llar\u0131nda SDG\u2019lerin \u00e7o\u011funda oldu\u011fu gibi bu hedeflere do\u011fru ilerlemede de tutars\u0131zl\u0131klar ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2021 ortalar\u0131na gelindi\u011finde 3 milyondan fazla ya\u015fam kayb\u0131na, k\u00fcresel ekonominin bozulmas\u0131na ve insanlar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlarda olumsuz etkilenmesine neden olan COVID-19 k\u00fcresel salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n, baz\u0131 hedeflerde \u201cyava\u015f\u201d olan ilerlemeyi \u201cters y\u00f6ne\u201d \u00e7evirdi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6di_83s7IYQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan gelen ekonomik gerileme ile 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 119 ila 124 milyon insan daha a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yoksullu\u011fa itildi ve 255 milyon tam zamanl\u0131 i\u015f kayb\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131. Nitekim gezegenimiz de\u011filse bile toplumumuz, bu hedeflere ula\u015f\u0131lamamas\u0131 durumunda hayatta kalma m\u00fccadelesi verecektir.<\/p>\r\n<p>Ancak bu hedeflerin \u00e7o\u011funun temelinde, bazen b\u00fcy\u00fck fikirlerin g\u00f6lgesinde kaybolan \u00e7ok daha basit bir hedef vard\u0131r: insanlar\u0131n de\u011ferli, tatmin edici ve en \u00f6nemlisi de <em>s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir<\/em> bir hayat ya\u015famalar\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak.<\/p>\r\n<p>BM\u2019nin SDG 8, 9 ve 12 hedeflerinin kalbindeki fikir budur:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>SDG 8<\/strong> herkes i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi, tam ve \u00fcretken istihdam\u0131 ve insana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 te\u015fvik etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>SDG 9<\/strong>, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 desteklemek ve finansal hizmetlere eri\u015fimi iyile\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla altyap\u0131lar\u0131 geli\u015ftirme, Bilgi ve \u0130leti\u015fim Teknolojilerine eri\u015fimi art\u0131rma gibi konulardaki alt hedefler beraberinde dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturmay\u0131, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir end\u00fcstriyelle\u015fmeyi te\u015fvik etmeyi ve inovasyonu h\u0131zland\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\r\n\t<li><strong>SDG 12<\/strong>, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir t\u00fcketim ve \u00fcretim modelleri sunmakla ilgilidir. G\u0131da at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yar\u0131ya indirilmesi, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik bilincinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, i\u015f yaratan ve yerel k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc destekleyen s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir turizmin desteklemesi ile ilgili alt hedefleri i\u00e7erir.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Ancak \u00f6zellikle 2020-2021 y\u0131llar\u0131nda SDG\u2019lerin \u00e7o\u011funda oldu\u011fu gibi bu hedeflere do\u011fru ilerlemede de tutars\u0131zl\u0131klar ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2021 ortalar\u0131na gelindi\u011finde 3 milyondan fazla ya\u015fam kayb\u0131na, k\u00fcresel ekonominin bozulmas\u0131na ve insanlar\u0131n hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm alanlarda olumsuz etkilenmesine neden olan COVID-19 k\u00fcresel salg\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n, baz\u0131 hedeflerde \u201cyava\u015f\u201d olan ilerlemeyi \u201cters y\u00f6ne\u201d \u00e7evirdi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenebilir.<\/p>\r\n<p><iframe src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6di_83s7IYQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\r\n<p>Ard\u0131ndan gelen ekonomik gerileme ile 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 119 ila 124 milyon insan daha a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 yoksullu\u011fa itildi ve 255 milyon tam zamanl\u0131 i\u015f kayb\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131.
