The device is available at Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital in Jeddah, which specializes in medical rehabilitation, with plans to roll-out the technology across the country.<\/p>\n\n<p>Dr. Youssef Abdelrahman, Managing Director of Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital, said: \u201cBy bringing this highly advanced <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/in-the-news\/abdul-latif-jameel-bring-revolutionary-spinal-treatment-technology-saudi-arabia\/\">spinal treatment technology<\/a> to Saudi Arabia, we are making sure patients who have suffered some of the most traumatic injuries will get the best possible care available.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cThe approval from the Saudi Food and Drug Authority for the launch of HAL in Saudi Arabia is truly welcome news. The approval follows the successful completion of the test phase and \u00a0means the people of Saudi Arabia now have access to this state-of-the-art technology.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>Earlier this year Saudi Arabia and Japan agreed to boost cooperation and joint projects between the two countries, including in healthcare.
