In recent years, these included launching a trial of the Toyota Mirai as part of a taxi fleet in Jeddah, supporting Makkah\u2019s second hydrogen fuel cell bus trial with the Caetano H2.City Gold, and collaborating with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) to advance hydrogen fuel cell research in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, in 2024, Abdul Latif Jameel Motors surpassed 100,000 Toyota hybrid vehicle sales in Saudi Arabia, underscoring its commitment to delivering low-carbon transport solutions and advancing
