My perspective before the program was solely focused on Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, and my perspective after the program became focused on both Abdul Latif Jameel Motors and Toyota Motor Corporation. This perspective helped me personally in the scope of my work to be able to accelerate the implementation of joint projects between the two companies.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout the program, participants delve into Japanese culture while also expand their knowledge of the \u2018Toyota Way\u2019 and \u2018Kaizen\u2019 philosophy for continuous improvement.&nbsp; The program also offers training courses covering various areas such as marketing, supply chain management, and spare parts services.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.alj3.clients.lemonhq.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Abdel-Rahman-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-109859\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This experience has qualified some of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors&#8217; leaders and has helped develop the skills of future leaders, in line with the Kingdom&#8217;s Vision 2030, to strengthen the national workforce and enhance their capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdulrahman adds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe discipline, organization, and commitment that I experienced in Japan greatly improved me, both in my working life and in my personal life.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cMy advice to all my colleagues who will enroll in Toyota Intra Company training (ICT) program is to not miss the personal side of the experience.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cGo, discover, mingle with people, and explore new cultures. Japan is a country that is very rich in
