{"id":7585,"date":"2019-06-24T06:42:18","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T06:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cms.alj3.clients.lemonhq.io\/quick-reads\/start-road-special-needs-success\/"},"modified":"2025-12-09T08:41:24","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T08:41:24","slug":"start-road-special-needs-success","status":"publish","type":"quickreads","link":"https:\/\/cms.alj3.clients.lemonhq.io\/en\/quick-reads\/start-road-special-needs-success\/","title":{"rendered":"Start of the road for special needs success"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>More than 100 parents and teachers who work with special needs children have learned new skills after Abdul Latif Jameel Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation staged an awareness program, in partnership with the Saudi Association for Special Education (Gester).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The program, which operated under the slogan \u2018<em>Early intervention is the start of the road<\/em>\u2018, reinforced teachers\u2019 capabilities and provided parents with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle and address any disability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents and teachers gathered for four hours in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to hear discussions on a range of topics.
