With this acquisition, Almar Water Solutions aims to address Latin America&#8217;s ongoing water challenges, providing diverse, flexible and high technology water and wastewater solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Elmqtzsuefo<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n<p>The investment incorporates several operation and maintenance contracts for the industrial water sector, along with a fleet of multi-capability mobile water treatment units which provide short-term or emergency solutions to industrial clients. In response to the region\u2019s water challenges, this portfolio will rapidly expand with the development of water infrastructure projects and the provision of operation and maintenance services for a broad range of industrial sector clients seeking to outsource this requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignnone wp-image-54210 size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/media.alj3.clients.lemonhq.io\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/11-2019-PR_Almar-Water-Solutions-acquires-Chilean-water-treatment-company-Osmoflo-SpA-1-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Almar Water Solutions acquires Chilean water treatment company Osmoflo SpA\" class=\"wp-image-54210\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">Keisuke Sakuraba, President Aguas Nuevas Gonzalo Gomez Rodulfo, Almar Water Solutions Managing Director Salvador Villarino Krumm, General Manager Aguas Nuevas<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Established in 2011, Osmoflo SpA has developed an integrated portfolio of services including the operation among others of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osmoflo.com\/en\/markets-water-treatment\/mining\/chilean-based-copper-mining-company-engages-osmoflo-to-ensure\/\">Antucoya<\/a> reverse osmosis desalination plant, the Centinela desalination plant, and the Aritia and Novaustral <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/energy-and-environmental-services\/water-environmental-solutions\/\">wastewater treatment<\/a> plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this acquisition, Osmoflo SpA will be integrated under the Almar Water Solutions umbrella but will continue to operate its activities as normal and will retain its brand name, pro&nbsp;tem.
