                  Suspension and Termination<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  The Company will determine, in its discretion, whether there has been a breach of these terms of use through your use of the ALJ Website. When a breach of these terms of use has occurred, the Company (or any Abdul Latif Jameel business) may take such action as it deems appropriate.
