Aviation experts and leaders will gather from all over the world to attend the Future Aviation Forum,<\/a> a two-day event to showcase the advancements in international air travel, as Saudi Arabia aims to generate $100 million from the aviation sector by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arab News<\/a> reports on the new event and highlights the role that JIMCO<\/a> (the Jameel Investment Management Company) is playing by investing in Joby Aviation<\/a>, (NYSE: JOBY), a California-headquartered future mobility company developing and manufacturing an all-electric, vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft which are intended to operate as a fast, clean, quiet and affordable air taxi service and commercial passenger transport beginning in 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The article quotes Hassan Jameel<\/a>, Deputy President and Vice Chairman, Abdul Latif Jameel, who said:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
